Acceptance of Terms

By using our services or placing an order with Organya, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Products

Organya specializes in hair-care and hair-regrowth products. All product descriptions and images aim to be as accurate as possible; however, individual results may vary.

Orders

Orders can be placed via website, WhatsApp, phone, or social media. Customers must provide accurate information including:

• Full name

• Phone number

• Delivery address

We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains incomplete or suspicious information.

Pricing & Payments

• Prices are displayed in LBP or USD depending on the platform.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Accepted payment method: Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payment may be added in the future.

Delivery

Delivery is available across Lebanon. Estimated delivery times:

• Beirut & Mount Lebanon: 1–2 working days

• Other Lebanese regions: 2–4 working days

Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, roadblocks, or national circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only when:

• The product arrives damaged

• The wrong product is delivered

Conditions:

• Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery

• Product must be unused and unopened (unless damaged during shipping)

Refunds may be issued as:

• Replacement product

• Store credit

• Or other methods depending on the case

Product Usage Disclaimer

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Customers with allergies, scalp conditions, pregnancy, or medical concerns should consult a physician before use.

Organya is not responsible for:

• Improper product usage

• Allergic reactions

• Health issues caused by ignoring instructions

Limitation of Liability

Organya is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Loss of profit

• Delays caused by third-party couriers

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Intellectual Property

All Organya content, including logos, branding, product images, text, and website materials, is the property of Organya. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be handled within Lebanese courts.
